The person nominated must be a REALTOR® member of the Southshore REALTORS® Association and actively involved in the real estate industry.

Must be a person with high ethical standards in dealing with the public and REALTOR® peers. 

Must be actively involved in the Association for the common good of all and promote a professional image in the real estate community

 Must continue to obtain education on issues that affect the real estate industry. 

Must be willing to share knowledge with other REALTORS® in an effort to build professionalism. 

Puts forth effort in the community’s perception of real estate as a profession.
