Advocacy.

REALTORS continue to advocate for initiatives that strengthen the ability of Americans to own, buy and sell real property.

Your Voice. Your Community. Your REALTOR® Party.

The REALTOR® Party is a bipartisan advocacy program focused on protecting homeownership, property rights, and the communities we call home. It is not about political parties—it’s about bringing REALTORS® and community leaders together to support policies that help homeowners, buyers, sellers, and the real estate industry thrive.

The REALTOR® Party works with elected officials and candidates from both sides of the aisle, advocating for issues that matter to our communities. We focus on what’s best for homeownership—not on party affiliation.

The Governmental Affairs Committee monitors governmental entities impacting the real estate industry in Kenosha/Racine County area, interviews political candidates and occasionally makes recommendations for RPAC contributions, and organizes RPAC fundraising efforts. At the direction of the Board of Directors, the committee participates in grassroots lobbying efforts. Candidates who are pro-growth, pro-business and most importantly, pro-land owner rights, potentially receive RPAC support. Party affiliation is irrelevant. We are not Democrats or Republicans. We are the REALTOR® Party.

MORE INFO ON RPAC

RPAC is a voluntary political action committee whose membership consists of REALTORS® and affiliates interested in actively and effectively protecting the real estate industry and the dream of homeownership by participating in government affairs at the local, state and federal levels. The organization has two primary objectives: to advocate for rights of all real estate owners, and to promote the best interests of REALTORS®. In conjunction with the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association and the National Association of REALTORS®, RPAC is the leading voice for all things real estate; in the Kenosha Racine area, in Wisconsin, and across the Nation.
